Making the Case for INCENTIVE$

Research has shown that it takes a qualified, educated, stable and effective early childhood workforce to provide the types of experiences needed to build trust and promote learning for young children. Supporting and strengthening the field is crucial in achieving positive outcomes for these children as they grow and learn.

For more than 25 years, the Child Care WAGE$®Program has provided the early learning workforce with incentives that reward their coursework, encourage their retention and recognize their worth. INCENTIVE$, needs your voice to help make this fact known, as well as move the program statewide. This will ultimately help attract and retain a well-qualified, better compensated early learning workforce across Florida. You can learn more about advocating for this program and explore supporting research-based evidence from Early Years. Be an advocate for change and help make the case for INCENTIVE$ to your local legislators!
