INCENTIVE$ is an affiliate of the Child Care WAGE$^® Program, and licensed by Child Care Services Association (CCSA) of Chapel Hill, NC. The program is administered by the Children’s Forum in Tallahassee, FL and funded through collaborations with local early learning coalitions, children’s services councils, and private contributors.
