INCENTIVE$ Florida is an affiliate of the Child Care WAGE$® Program, and licensed by Early Years of Chapel Hill, NC. The program recognizes participants for their work and education with annual stipends* of up to $5,000, while helping increase stability across our state’s early childhood field.

INCENTIVE$ is administered by the Children’s Forum in Tallahassee, FL and funded through collaborations with local early learning coalitions, children’s services councils, and private contributors, to ultimately improve the quality of education and care for our state’s young children. Through these contracts, INCENTIVE$ works to provide more equitable access to resources and financial support for members of our state’s underpaid early learning workforce. The program is currently available in Broward County.
