INCENTIVE$ is an affiliate of the Child Care WAGE$^® Program, and licensed by Early Years (formerly Child Care Services Association) of Chapel Hill, NC. The program is administered by the Children’s Forum in Tallahassee, FL and funded through collaborations with local early learning coalitions, children’s services councils, and private contributors, to ultimately improve the quality of education and care for our state’s young children.

All INCENTIVE$ stipend payments are contingent upon funding availability at the time of employment confirmation. Please direct any funding related questions to your local Early Learning Coalition.
